Meetings Policy

  1. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be held in October of each year.
  2. If financial statements are not finalized by the time of the AGM, estimated financial statements may be presented instead.
  3. Meetings shall be held at the time and place that the Executive decides.
  4. The President is the chair of all General Meetings unless otherwise determined by the President.
  5. General Meeting minutes will be emailed to all members.
